• Consistently improve the Integrated Management System to ensure ISO 45001 compliance and establish and maintain OH&S objectives.
• Conducting an annual assessment of the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure that workers and, if applicable, workers' representatives are involved in the decision-making process through consistent communication, consultation, and training.
• Ensure that all personnel receive thorough training on health and safety protocols that are applicable to their individual job duties.
• Providing that health and safety are essential components of all managerial and supervisory positions.
• Emphasizing the integration of health and safety measures into all work activities and planning.
• Minimize occupational health and safety risks and mitigate potential hazards in both the office and on the construction site.
• Implementation of secure practices to mitigate or eliminate occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Providing all our employees with effective rehabilitation and injury management services.
This policy, which establishes a collaborative framework for the establishment of objectives and targets with the objective of improving our processes and performance through continuous improvement, is the responsibility of the senior management team. The ISO 45001 specifications are satisfied by the Integrated Management System (IMS). This policy will be made available to the public and disclosed to all employees.
